• Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Products must be in same condition as delivered

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged hair extensions
• Items without original packaging
• Products returned after 3 days

🔄 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be issued via your original payment method

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or wrong product sent
